REACHED 100 CRUNCHES TODAY!! ^^
5:42 minutes for 100 crunches... But the thing is that I rested twice in between... So if I take those into account, it probably add up to 10 minutes. Bleh.
Day 3... So I am one-tenth there! (: I almost wanted to give up at several occasions today. When I reached 50, I was aching at the stomach area (guessed it's because of yesterday), and I really wanted to stop and get down the equipment. But thank God I didn't! :D so proud of myself for that.
And just before my workout I was still beaming over the fact that I could sleep before 10:30, then I was like 'oh no, I haven't done my workout for the day!' argh, the feeling was asdfghjkl. But I didn't regret it though, at least I persisted and finished my workout, and with a new record!
Aiming for 100 crunches with the most one rest by the weekend!
One more thing, really bad idea to workout before sleep, and especially if you're wearing a black dri-fit shirt. It's really uncomfortable. =/
Reckon i would upload the photos i took over the weekends. God Bless!

Day 2!
Posting this while standing under the fan... Shiok!!
So today's day 2 of my workout for a month! I really hope after a month it would become a part of me and I would be working out.. everyday I hope. Today was a really tiring day for me. In fact I didn't want to work out. But I did! One reason was to atone for the cookie my sis offered me just a while ago!
I tried setting up my timer as well, to prevent yesterday's incident from happening again...And results for today... 65 crunches in 3 minutes! Man that isn't very good either IMO.
Guess next time I would set up my stopwatch instead and see how fast I can do 100? That would probably take ages as I would be forever stuck at 99. Nah just joking.
Oh and I realize that I slimmed down! Only by a bit but after a month I would have shed like 89.76186 kg! Hahahaha.. And one fatal consequence of not working out earlier and before I bathe -- gonna stink when I sleep tonight. Oh no!
Conclusion: Workout before sleep is a pretty bad choice. Short post but the most critical point is that I worked out!!
God Bless!!

Day 1!
Day 1!
Pretty excited. I finally made up my mind to start working out.. I guess this is really a super mini project of mine, and my first as well. I am munching on a pear now, guess it would be healthy to have a fruit everyday, or rather every night. Will take a photo of the cruncher equipment soon, in fact I don't know the actual name for it..? Let me check it out... Oh well, it's an OTO product and it just stated it to be CRUNCHER so I guessed I would just call it the cruncher. (:
This is not the ordinary crunchers that we normally do during PE lesson, those where you put your hands on the ledge and go up and down. This is one which you lay down and pull yourself up, so you go up and down as well. So I guess it is tougher and helps to build myself up.
Oh my results for today -- 30 crunchers in 40 seconds... Okay I know that's very lousy!!! ): I actually was doing pretty fine until I looked up to take a peek at the time. And that was when the disaster happened, I had no more energy to do anymore! And I had to give up halfway, argh.
And another thing is that probably I did my crunchers too quickly. That was average 1 every 1.3333333333333333333333333333333 seconds. Oh well, maybe I should go for 1 every 1. 3333333333333333333333333333334 seconds tomorrow. (don't bother counting, I copied and pasted it =P) aiming for 100 in uh, 3 minutes workout tomorrow! Hope I don't get muscle aches around my stomach area... =)
Off to do my revision! I hope that maybe some people will be inspired by me and start to workout as well! Oh well, just saying. ;)

The decision!!
I think this is it.
I am going to start working out.. The main reason why I am doing this is because I am growing horizontally too rapidly... and the truth is I am beginning to feel inferior. And that's it! If I feel inferior I will feel stress. And that would lead to even more stress! Plus, the blocks are almost here and I got to keep myself as un-stressed as possible and focus! I doubt I can't do that if I am constantly worrying about my weight.
This morning I was walking past the cruncher equipment in the living room and I thought, hey, shall I just resume my workout like last time, working out everyday, trying to achieve 100 crunchers erm, as fast as possible... And so coincidentally I was thinking about Mr Mike Chang's one month trash project and I thought I could something like that.. So TA-DA! I started to work out! And I thought since have a wordpress site that's dying here I might as well revive it with this mink project going on. Forget about blogger, there isn't an app for me to post as fast as wordpress.
So today's day 1 and I am going to go for a one month's workout! Probably at home since I can revise and workout at the same time and saves me from wearing shoes and going down and run. Catch me in my next post! :D
