武术观摩会

Went to 第九届全国武术观摩会 today with HC and JW. Fantabulous!!
They had one lion dance performance in the beginning and 1 dragon dance performance in the middle, but mostly were wushu performances and I saw Sin Min Li! :D

Lion dance performance was 高青！The performing troupe was the champion of a major competition last year I think (Ngee Ann competition if I'm not wrong). They were so awesome and we had quite a good view sitting directly opposite them. There were many 'whoo' and 'wow' and omgosh' moments during the ~10 minutes performance and it was really eye-opening!! And the drum was LED!

Dragon dance performance was another eye-catching one. They did a lot of stunts like lying on one's thighs to do 过江龙 etc.!! :O truly amazed by them! Didn't hear any 龙乐 though 'cause they used music instead (-___-).

Wushu performances were equally good and there were national team members who performed like Sin Min Li!! She was from Chongfu and proud of her yeah! ^^

And guess who we saw there, JH, HW and BY were sitting right in front of us. I think they noticed us too but we didn't say hi to anyone. HOHOHO.

And someone couldn't come because he was rushing his ahem, assignment.
